Terms

Website terms without hiding the important part in fine print.

These terms govern use of the Digvation website. For real projects, scope, fees, timing, acceptance, ownership, support, confidentiality, and responsibilities are governed by the written proposal, SOW, or agreement that is actually accepted. They are not governed by assumptions from a marketing page.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to use of the Digvation website, including solution pages, work/case studies, the inquiry form, project previews, and public materials.

They do not replace a project contract. If a signed/accepted project document conflicts with a general website statement, the more specific project document governs that engagement.

An inquiry is not project acceptance

Submitting the form asks Digvation to review the context and, where relevant, continue the conversation. It does not guarantee project acceptance, availability on a certain timeline, or a particular price.

A project commitment exists only when the relevant scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing by authorized parties.

What a project document should define

To avoid assumptions, the proposal/SOW/agreement should define at least scope and deliverables, client dependencies and inputs, milestones, fees and payment, revisions/acceptance, ownership and licensing, confidentiality, hosting/deployment, support/maintenance, and scope-change handling.

We do not force one set of project rules through these website terms because Digvation engagements can range from websites and internal systems to automation, integration, data/AI, and IoT.

Portfolio, previews, and client websites

Case studies describe context based on information appropriate to publish. Unverified data should not be presented as a metric, testimonial, or real outcome.

A live preview may embed or link to a third-party/client website. Client websites can change after delivery, so the current live version may not be identical to the state Digvation originally delivered.

Brand and site materials

Digvation logos, visual identity, copy, layouts, illustrations, public documentation, and case-study materials are protected as works and/or brand assets under applicable rights.

You may share links and make reasonable attributed references. You may not substantially copy the materials, remove attribution, use the Digvation brand misleadingly, or claim Digvation work as another party’s work. Ownership of client deliverables follows each project agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to compromise the site, abuse the form, send malicious payloads, perform scraping that unreasonably burdens the service, or use the website to infringe another party’s rights.

Requests detected as spam or abuse may be limited to keep the service usable.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to or display third-party services such as client websites, analytics providers, CAPTCHA, or other tools. Their policies, uptime, and changes are controlled by their respective providers.

An external link is provided for context or access and does not mean Digvation controls all content or practices of that third party.

Information, changes, and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and relevant, but marketing pages are not permanent contractual specifications. Services, capabilities, work examples, or copy may evolve as the business changes.

The website is not promised to be interruption-free. Any client-specific SLA, uptime, support, or availability commitment must be stated in the project agreement.

Privacy

Personal-data practices are explained separately in the Privacy Policy at /en/privacy, particularly before you submit an inquiry or enable optional analytics.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change when the website or service model changes. The latest version applies to website use after the update date shown here. Updating the website terms does not automatically change an existing agreed project contract.
